What happens next after you order your kitchen

Our team starts the production process as soon as possible. Once your kitchen is ready to ship, this is what you can expect:

  1. Curb side delivery: Your island arrives on a pallet at the curb. Appliances and accessories ship separately.
  2. Unbox: Lay out the panels and scan the QR code for the step-by-step video.
  3. Assemble: Two people, some basic tools, and a couple of hours depending on the size and complexity of your kitchen.
  4. ⁠⁠Install appliances: Slide in the grill and cabinets, then let a professional connect gas and power.
  5. Fire up: Sear your first steak before sunset. ⚠️ Warning: neighbourhood jealousy may occur.
