We proudly provide free shipping for all orders within the continental United States. We ensure efficient delivery through trusted logistics providers.

Ordering and confirmation
  1. Order acknowledgment: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to verify that your order has been received and payment has been authorized for processing.
  2. Product availability: If your selected item is available in stock, we’ll immediately process and prepare it for shipment. For backordered items, we’ll notify you promptly via email.
Shipping costs
  • Free standard shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders in the USA.
  • Expedited processing: Please contact us if you have specific demands, and we'll see what we can do.
  • Additional charges: If you are unable to accept delivery as scheduled, extra fees for storage or redelivery may apply. Please contact us prior to shipping if you need to arrange delivery on a specific date.
Shipment process
  • Lightweight items: delivered via carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS. These shipments typically arrive faster and do not require special delivery arrangements.
  • Large or heavy items: shipped using Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight carriers to ensure secure delivery. These items often require a scheduled curbside delivery.
  • Handling Time:Β 1-2Β business daysΒ (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time:Β 5-8 business daysΒ (Monday to Friday)
  • Tracking updates: After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and shipment confirmation details.
  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Central Standard Time (Denver)
  • Delivery Appointment: For freight shipping, once the shipment is close to your area, the carrier will call you to set a 4-hour delivery appointment window or time when you can be available to sign for the delivery. You must be present to receive the delivery, or you may incur redelivery fees.
  • Delivery Options: Your item will be lowered off the truck using a lift gate and delivered to your curbside or the closest accessible place to your doorway. For facilities with a loading dock, the truck driver will pull right up to the dock and unload the pallet(s).
What to do when your item arrives?
  1. Curbside drop-off: Items will be unloaded at the curb or the nearest accessible location.
  2. Inspection before signing: Inspect the packages for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice damage, write β€œDAMAGED” on the receipt, take photos or videos, and notify us at support@goodtimegrills.com immediately.
  3. Unpacking and checking: Carefully unpack your items and inspect for any missing or damaged components within 2 business days. Report any concerns promptly to ensure timely assistance.
Undeliverable Packages

Suppose a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. In that case, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred when reshipping the package.

Optional services

Threshold Delivery: For an additional fee, we can arrange for your shipment to be delivered to a secure, dry location on your property instead of curbside.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping is managed by third-party carriers, and delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control. These may include weather disruptions, remote delivery locations, logistical challenges, or labor strikes.
