After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your TRU Innovative Island is processed within 7-10 business days and typically delivered within 2-5 business days.
Smaller items ship via carriers like UPS or FedEx. Large items are delivered through freight services with curbside drop-off. Freight shipments require a scheduled delivery appointment, and you must be present to sign for the delivery.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships, and for larger deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient 4-hour delivery window. Upon arrival, please inspect your order before signing to ensure everything is in perfect condition.

Setting up your TRU Innovate Outdoor Kitchen Island is designed to be quick and hassle-free. With a straightforward assembly process, you can have your outdoor kitchen fully set up in just one hour with two people.
The assembly requires basic tools, including:

Blaze Warranty
Blaze gas grills and side burners are backed by a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing and workmanship defects in components such as control valves, cooking grids, stainless steel housing, stainless steel burners, flame tamers, heat zone separators, and all other stainless steel elements. The control valves on side burners are covered under a fifteen (15) year warranty. All electrical and ignition components are protected by a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase. To ensure coverage, grills must be registered within thirty (30) days of purchase.
Blaze access doors and drawers also come with a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing or workmanship defects. Blaze refrigerators, including compressors, are covered by a one (1) year warranty against any defects in manufacturing or workmanship.
