What ships from where?
• Island frames, stone panels & countertops
Leave our Texas facility on a pallet and travel by freight.
• Appliances & accessories
Ship separately from regional warehouses in individual boxes (UPS, FedEx or LTL). Each box has its own tracking number and may arrive on a different day.
How freight delivery works
• When your island ships, the carrier calls to set a convenient 4-hour curb-side delivery window.
• An adult must be present to inspect and sign for the pallet. Note any damage on the receipt before signing.
Order & tracking emails
• You’ll get an order-confirmation email right after checkout.
• A separate email with tracking details goes out as soon as each shipment leaves our warehouse.

• Inspect all items while the driver waits.
• Report any concealed damage within 48 hours so we can make it right.

Coverage
- Doors, Drawers, Grill Liners, & Carts: Lifetime warranty on construction, workmanship, and materials for all stainless steel parts.
- Cold Storage & Sinks: Lifetime warranty on ice chests, drains, and faucets.
- Covers: Lifetime warranty on covers, including grills, carts, side/power burners, and gas griddles.
- Warming Drawers: 3-Year warranty on electrical components.
Key Exclusions
This warranty is void upon transfer of ownership and covers replacement parts only; the manufacturer is not responsible for labor or labor-related costs. It does not cover discoloration, surface rust, corrosion, or oxidation resulting from harsh environments, chemicals, or overheating. Damage resulting from improper installations, abuse, extreme environments, grease fires, or misuse is also excluded. Proof of regular and proper maintenance is required for coverage.
Registration & How to File a Claim
To validate your warranty, you must submit a registration form online within 30 days of the purchase date. All out-of-box claims must be made within 30 days of purchase and prior to installation.
